Exercise Challenge & Giveaway- are you ready?- Closed**

I have wanted to lose this baby weight for some time now and have always made excuses for not following through with any exercise program.  I have tapes, dvds, exercise ball, weights, etc.  I finally made the decision- no more excuses and actually started exercising in May only to stop again after learning of my mother's death.  I did exercise the day after my mother's death and 2 days before the funeral.  That was a distraction I needed. 

Are you ready?  I'm back and this time- no excuses!! Who wants to join me in this challenge?  I also figure if I don't do this alone and I have encouragement along the way, I will be more likely to see this one through.

My sister in law has started an interesting exercise program called c25K.  I looked it up and I got excited- I thought, Cool I can do this.  It is an app you buy for your iPhone.  Since I don't have an iPhone, I got a little discouraged.  But not too worry, I did run across the workout details and I have reworked them to fit my schedule.

Here is my challenge to you if you choose to join me for this exciting exercise challenge:
I am going to be exercising no less than 3 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes a day and will blog about what I do for that day. This challenge will start on June 13th and end on July 10, 2011.  At the end of this challenge, I will pick a winner at random and will mail them a $20 gift card to the store of their choosing- provided we have that store.  By exercising, I don't mean hard core workouts.  If that means walking for 30 minutes 3 times a week- that is fine.  Just get up and do something.

To enter this giveaway, all you need to do is the following:
1) Comment that you would like to follow me on this exercise challenge
2) You must comment here on the days you exercise and tell me what you did or if you have a blog, feel free to blog about what you did and leave a link here.
3) You must exercise no less than 3 times a week and for a minimum of 30 minutes a day- you can break it up if you need, like do (3) 10 minute sessions.
4) You must be courteous to everyone and encourage, not discourage.

If you do all the above, then your name will go into a hat and one of my boys will pick the winner and I will mail you a $20 gift card:)
