I didn't have the opportunity to post this yesterday, the baby was not feeling well.
Here is what I did 06/16:
5 min brisk walking
3 minutes running with 1 min walking for a total of 20 min
30 sec jumping jacks
1 min walking
30 min jumping jacks
1 min walking
5 min cool down walking
