Here is what I did this afternoon while the baby napped:)
5 mins brisk walking
4 mins running with 3 min walking for a total of 20 minutes
30 sec jumping jacks
1 min 30 sec walking
30 sec jumping jacks
5 mins cool down walking

your doing AWESOME- keep up the good work. I truly was doing great- at one point and thought by following you I could make myself workout but that didnt happen-sorry i wasnt here to support you..did you find anyone else to workout and keep up with you?

Thanks Britt~ you are doing well yourself. I am so proud of you:) There are times where I just don't get the time to exercise let alone do the things that I would like. This week I was hoping to exercise Mon-Fri, but that just wasn't possible but I did meet my goal of 3 times for the week, so I am happy:) Keep up the good work Britt.
