Sorry this is later than I wanted it to be. We had an awesome Spring Break- don't worry details and pictures coming later this week:) We also had a very tiring exhausting weekend- all good though. With the exception of Kevin and his hurt eye. It seems that Kevin got something in his eye and rubbed it and really scratched his eye up. His eye is healing nicely and he is doing better.
Here is our menu plan for this week:
Breakfast
We would love to send a very special Thank you to Lynn, my dad's girlfriend. She brought us a box of goodies: Poptarts, Cereal, Bagels, muffin mix and other assorted tasty treats. So, this week, mom is taking a break from cooking breakfast in the mornings:) Plus we have yogurt from the Food Lion trip last week.
Lunch
Sandwich, carrot sticks and popcorn
Salad and banana for me
Dinner
Baked Chicken Legs, cheesy potatoes and green beans
Cheesy Broccoli Quinoa Casserole
Taco bean rice with corn
Scrambled eggs, toast and fruit
Chicken Noodle Soup
Lentil burgers, homemade onion rings and fruit
Spaghetti with meatballs and homemade rolls and peas
