Our Shopping Trip~ 09/28/2019

We had plans on Sunday, so we decided to do our huge monthly grocery haul on Saturday morning.  I used Walmart Grocery Pick Up and Sam's Club Pick Up to make things easier and faster.  Or so I thought.  We had some issues with our Walmart Grocery Pick Up.  Normally, when items are substituted you pay the price of the item you originally ordered.  The young lady at the Pick Up assured me that this was still the case.  I ordered 2 twin packs of chicken and was substituted 4 single chickens instead~ no worries.  I still got the same amount of chickens.  Then I realized I was charged the original price of the chicken meaning I was over charged.  When I brought up that I was paying  more, the young lady said that shouldn't happen and sorry.  But never tried to help me figure anything out :(  This is not the first issue I have had with Walmart Grocery Pick Up.  Will I still continue to use it?  As of now, I am undecided.  I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the Sam's Club Pick Up went :)
