Our Menu Plan for the week of 03/11/2019

How was your weekend?  We spent the weekend at home getting all our papers together for taxes.  Got everything copied, put in a large envelope and mailed today to our tax preparer :)  Now, we wait.  Have you gotten your taxes done yet?  We usually are so bad about getting them done until the last minute :(

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
Choice of Muffins, Fruit, Oatmeal, cereal, waffles, pancakes or bagels

Lunch
Chickpea "Meatballs" over zoodles
Sandwich with carrots and fruit or leftovers

Dinner
Chicken Broccoli served over rice with a salad
Tostados with salad
Lunchmeat Subs with carrots and salad
Pasta with meat sauce, peas and salad
Pizza with carrots and salad
Fish, rice, green beans and salad
Salisbury Steak, mashed potatoes, peas and a salad

Snacks and Desserts
Apples
Grapes
Bananas
Strawberries
Carrots
Popcorn
Pretzels
Tortilla Chips with salsa
Chocolate PB Nice Cream
Rice Cakes with PB
Celery with PB and raisin
